401 East 60th Street

Far away from Park and subway. Not very residential.

The people I have sold and rented to in this building have all been happy there.
If you work on the East Side of Midtown you can walk.
Every neighbor is different...to each his own...no one can choose but you.

+ Nice to have an upscale Food Emporium directly across the street.

- Not nice to have the ugly bridge and all the noise directly across the street. You get to escort the traffic off the bridge as you proceed west on 60th St.
- Not nice to have Scores or its successor across the street to the west
- Directly east are a few pretty ugly blocks- I don't believe there is any direct access to the East River
