Looking to Rent Luxury 2 Bedroom ASAP - UES

To anybody that can help: I am looking to rent, ASAP, a 2 Bed, 2 Bath on the Upper East Side Between 59th and 86th Street. I have perfect credit, and am also willing to negotiate a payment of a years rent in advance if necessary. I will NOT pay a Brokers fee. The apartment should be in a doorman building and be newly renovated with HIGH END finishes (Granite countertops, large master bath). I also have a Small Dog(15 pounds). Would love whatever help I could find for a quick transaction.

juiceman - in the summer it converts to craigslist. and then in the fall it goes back to pump and dump. see ya after labor day!
