Discussion about
Little boxes on the toxic waste dump, Little boxes made of glassy-tacky, Little boxes, little boxes, Little boxes, all the same. There's a glass one and a glass one And a gang war and a toxic one. And they're are too many. And they all look just the same.

If you're going to try this kind of humor, at least make it good. Here:

There once was a street by the name of Pitt
It looked and smelled, nay, reeked of ____.
An imaginary landlord had done his best to steer me there,
Though it soon became clear, h'was full of hot air.
He tripled the rent, though no tenant came,
And claimed YoY increases, such was his game.
I'd searched for a decent neighborhood, with all of my wits,
And definitively concluded that this wasn't it.

here is a little limerick in belated honor of st. patrick's day:

there once was a blowhard named fitz
who bought a big s---box on pitt
he believed his own lies
that prices only rise
and upon his own head he now sits

Perfitz, your favorite neighborhood is down 20%.

Are you just trying to go off on Williamsburg so noone notices that the LES is in the shitter? (and you told everyone to BUY right before it tanked).

Sorry, but we all know you called it wrong... no matter if you try and lash out at bjw or not... Everybody already knows that your investment calls are absolutely horrible.

I'm sorry you lost your shirt (AGAIN!) but being a putz won't undo that.

Not an investment opinion, but to inject some positivity, I think both Williamsburg and the LES have both come a long way and have their own feel, and they are both places I would consider moving to (currently rent in UES).
