http://166montague.com/ I looked at this building's model unit a while back & liked it. I have two questions: 1) What would you offer price-wise per sq foot here? 2) Would you even make an offer at this time... especially when only 4 units out of 24 are in contract?

1. $500-$600/sqft given the high maintenance for very basic amenities.

2. Given that no bank will finance it, it'd better be an all-cash transaction.
