Whenever I come across the words "Bing & Bing" I close the listing immediately
Over $1M for any 1 bedroom is stupid. An $1800/sf, puh-lease.

Because Bing & Bing is synonymous with overpriced.
I do the same thing when I see "Candela" in a description.
