Looking for a 5, 7 or 10 year ARM interest only. Any ideas where to look and ideas on what the rate would be? This would be a refinance on a second home. Credit score of 800. Thanks.

Go to Chase or Wells Fargo direct. Don't use a mortgage broker.

NYCMatt, what lesson is that??? You don't know csn's situation. What's the differnce between a 70% LTV amortizing loan and a 50% LTV IO?
