Does anyone know anything about this building? Has anyone seen a renovated unit? What is the story on the conversion? It doesn't look like a high percentage of the units have been sold. Is the location (close to B'way) noisy/congested?

Maybe I should have given the address as 2400 Broadway.

Location is nice, entrance is on 88th. I have not seen a renovated unit but the lobby renovation is quite nice - lots of carrera marble, but it still looks elegant.
