To expect to rent a 500-600 sqft TRUE one bedroom in a doorman&elevator building around midtown (east of Park, west of 8) nowadays for under $2000? I am seeing quite a bit of awfully good offers but I don't know if they are real or just bait and switch. Any thoughts?
