Okay poster two:

Since you're suuuuuch a genius, tell you what I'll do. I'll take ANY AMOUNT of money you choose ($10,000? More?) and bet you that Manhattan real estate will NOT go down 25% by March 7 2008. If it goes down by 25% OR MORE, you win. If it goes down by LESS than 25%, I win. We'll let streeteasy hold the money in an interest bearing savings account.

Or aren't you willing to put your money where your mouth is?
