seems she wants to only sell to someone who she bring as a client so she gets both ends of the commission thus lying about board requirements- she flat out lied - big lied and has been caught in the lie- unethical in fact -

I think it is really unnecessary to make fun of someones appearance. Regarding her behavior, write a letter to the manager of her office and you can file a complaint with the Real Estate Board of NY.IF you really feel secure that she is lying so as to ensure maximum commission.

Licensed brokers are governed by the New York Secretary of State and complaints regarding unethical behavior can be directed there.

i agree we shouldn't fault people for their appearance but we should call them on their unethical behavior.
