Has anyone rented here? We're considering renting a studio here and they are offering 4 mos free but we're hoping they will reduce the rent a bit more. http://www.20xnyc.com/ Anyone know of any problems with the building?

What is the rent now for that place? Is the 1 BR still over 3,000 a month? Heard some good stuff about the mgmt co and staff, that is about it.

we're looking at a couple of studios which depending on the layout are about $1850-1950 after the free rent. i'm pretty sure the 1br are less than 3k now.
