CPW or UES CASH buyer

CASH buyer, can close ASAP, wants a fabulous MINT apt 2 - 3 bedrooms (at least 1500 sq ft)on CPW (or very near) or prime UES. But....I want a great price, depending on the property will consider $600-$900 square foot. Maintenance not more than $2,500 e-mail CPWorUES@gmail.com

why do peopel keep posting stupid threads like this where they look for an apartment? Do you not know how to buy RE? You use SE and look up the for sale listings. DUH!

I have not been active in searching for RE in D.C. I really have no clue except for the internet listings I have found. However, I do know someone who is renting a massive 5 bedroom McMansion in northern Virginia (Loundon County) for only $2,200 a month! So if you go to the burbs, there are great deals to be had.

E70: VA and MD are cratering, even the nice hoods like McLean and Bethesda are seeing big pressure. DC proper is sinking more slowly. Gubmint be handin' out dollas, you know.
