This list is deleted over and over. Why? Rose (www rosenyc com) Related Rentals (www relatedrentals com) Equity Residental (www eqr com) Rockrose Management (www rockrosenyc com) [mostly chelsea, village, financial district, downtown condos] Sky Management (www skymanagement com) Glenwood Managment (www glenwoodnyc com) BLDG Management Co. 115 E 92nd St New York, NY 10128 (212) 722-4931 Brodsky Management, Inc (www brodskyorg com) Maclowe Management (www macklowe com) [condos below 60th street] Urban Associates – 400 W 59th St # 3, New York, NY (212) 245-1870
You forgot Ogden Cap properties ogdencapproperties.com

because it is SPAM. That is why it gets deleted.
How is it spam? It's quite useful, especially since I know many people - native NYers - who STILL don't know that you can get many of the apartments pimped by agents directly from the management companies. It's important information. Agents don't like it, but then agents would prefer to be the sole Keepers of the Knowledge. They thrive on people's ignorance, and suffer from increased public knowledge. Kinda like witch doctors.
I used this list, which shows up in various forms repeatedly, to rent my apartment. It was a huge success. Streeteasy: Please don't delete these threads!
Is there anymore management companies? Looking for a studio below 28th St. and above Houston in bet. 1st and 6th Ave not paying more that 1500. Looking to move in by 4/30.
Thanks,
Andrew
Andrew, you should consider talking to Ali R, a frequent poster on this board. I think your target is a little low even for this market, but she has something that might suit you to a T. Search the boards; her email is something like ali [at] dgneary [dot] com.
good for you evnyc.
Thanks evnyc, I'm paying $1535 right now for a studio on 222 27th St. bet. 2nd and 3rd. It's a 3rd floor walk up facing south with some crummy light. The landlord won't go below $1500, I debating on whether to renew or move back down to the village or soho for something cheaper. I'd to hear some thoughts.
Thanks
