Looking for nice Jr4 on UES or UWS

Discussion about
1) Not willing to pay a broker 2) Must be lower than $3300 Net effective (any free months must be up front or amortized) 3) Must be west of 2nd avenue 4) Must be between 68th and 96th (preferably between 72 and 86th) 5) Must have 1.5+ baths Any ideas?

do a search on steet easy - put in 2br and 1.5 bath or do 1br with 1.5+ baths. You'll get jr 4 listings. Put in your rent range as well. Try the times as well and craigslist gets jr 4s- usually listed at convertible or just 2brs as long as they list the extra half bath. I live in one with 2 full baths in Murray Hill in your price range. There are lots on the UES - you'll find it

Don't just look for no fee - SE has a lot of apts that are really no fee that say fee. Contact the management companies too.
