Rachel Realty was the firm responsible for the marketing of 240 West 98th (Sabrina), where sponsor sales to non-residents have been very close to zero.

ok...daynah...i'll bite...show us the great apartment that you have listed. don't forget---direct central park views. huge bedrooms...i am assuming that means at least 12 by 20 each. let it rip.
