Hey guys - got a great apartment for rent. NO FEE. Just got Relocated and am Looking to rent out a great place asap. Can come furnished or not. Definitely check it out!. Huge 1 bedroom (already converted to 2 bedroom apartment) in a 24 hour doorman, luxury building. Huge Space, airy, lots of natural light. Great location, nice neighborhood, close to shopping and walking distance to Subway (4,5,6 train). For a luxury building with amenities (I assume they have some if its luxury), nice price if you share with someone...and a grubby broker doesnt have to take his cut just for showing you a rental!

Yeah but they say "huge space"....how big who knows, price is interesting though for a time when most are getting rent hikes
