Number of Brooklyn Units

I noticed that today, there are over 6,000 listings in Brooklyn (by looking at the drop down feature on the front end of the search tool). Yesterday there were only 4-5K (don't remember the exact number off hand). Most days this number will vary up or down by a few, so a jump of 1-2K caught my eye. Does anyone know why there are so many more units in Brooklyn today than yesterday? Is it a catalog issue with the web site or was a floodgate opened?
