Are there any rental building on RSD between 79th-86th? I have checked a few and so far nothing - maybe nyc10022 or west81 or anyone else can help. Are there any rentals in that area? Thanks

98 RSD is probably the most notable. Strange building. From across the street, it looks like a twin of the lovely 90 RSD. Inside, not so much. I think it was being prepped for conversion (not that I would ever accuse anyone of warehousing) when the market tanked.

Interesting, I did not know that. I understand that 120RSD is also rental...
