Looks like there will be several units available and it happens to fit the size/finish proile i'm looking for. location isn't great, but at least its convenient. Anyone have good/bad things to say about building or developer? I'm already terrified of new construction that isn't done yet especially in this neighborhood (see Clement Clarke), but thought it makes sense to get all the details beore i dismiss it. Any clue when upper floors will be ready (#14 looks good at the right price)?

we saw it. bland. smaller then they say it is. they claimed i was looking at the last available unit on 14 but what a change a few weeks makes. i'd be suprised if the units were above 1100 square feet.

I looked at Unit #12. From what I saw, the building is fully finished and occupied. Great views and finishes. I actually love that location. A little too expensive for me though
