Construction at Archstone Murral Hill 245 East 40th Street

Be sure to ask about the construction at this building. unit. They are doing a lot of construction on the building which is good for improvements, but it's noisy and will be going on til beginning of next year (if project is on time). If you work at home, it might be a consideration.

Ive heard that construction wont be done until 2010. That is very different from what was said to me when I rented in January 09 - they had said late summer. This really stinks.

IT would be interesting to see what they are telling potential renters now.

actually, now that i think about it.. they said beginning/mid summer.
