2A's closing was captured today - probably closed yesterday.
5C's closing was captured on 03/24/2009.

Expect deed recordings to hit ACRIS in a few weeks.

According to a buyer who posted on streeteasy (search if you're interested) he got something like a 15% to 19% discount so figure the same for these two I guess.

Suffice it to say, they sold and you will find out the final price soon.

Does anyone know why streeteasy shows 2 units as no longer available although it doesn't indicate the units haven't been sold? i'm wondering if the buyers broke their contract.
