Sussed on another thread. Brokers trying to fudge inventory listings by not including the apartment no. Usually the number of listings "with" and "without" address are within a few hundred. Now there are 11,244 listings not under contract - up over 500 in the past few weeks - yet only 9,847 listings not under contract "with address" - down by thousands.

More inventory manipulation!

$13 million to live with all that traffic & noise! Right where the Odd Lots used to be, where they destroyed a building designed by the internationally-famous Maurice Lapidus, who designed the Eden Roc in Miami Beach! Now I understand that they're going to convert the old Circuit City into a loft, and bury Andy Warhol there, so his cadaver has a view of where he was shot.

I noticed an accurate reduction on one of the buildings I follow, the District. All listings by the Sponsor selling agent were listed twice, until 2 days ago when this inventory reduction hit. The District double listings have been eliminated.
Thus, some of this redction could be accurate. Anybody else notice similar corrections?
I am sure Noah is on top of this, but I thought I should point this out.
