What will I do with my time after I buy a place (most likely late this year, early next year)? How will I replace all the hours I spend on SE, Urban Digs, NY Times Real Estate Section, NY Post Real Estate blog, etc????

porn... and you can come back a Juiceman... and try to "puff" up NYC RE so that you don't feel foolish by buying into a deflationary market :)
