Linda Basilice-Hoerrner

Linda Basilice-Hoerrner brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and loyalty to her clients. Prior to joining Compass, Linda was with Stribling and Associates since 2007, and specializes in representing and shepherding Buyers and Sellers through the evolving process of luxury residential real estate sales. She is a Board Certified New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) and known for her outstanding client service, skilled negotiation, and professionalism. Her knowledge of market trends and sales inventory coupled with her extensive investment experience has given her clients a competitive edge. Her penchant for detail and negotiation has helped achieve record sales and amass a large satisfied client base.

Linda's entrepreneurial background has served her well in todays fast paced New York real estate market. Her investment portfolio includes unique properties and businesses in New York, Florida, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. She was one of the original investors in the nationally acclaimed Carmines Restaurant at 90th Street, Carmines Restaurant 44th Street, Virgils BBQ and, Fern Hall (120 acre Johnson and Johnson estate).

Linda has served as a member of the Board of Trustees at Marymount Manhattan College, her Alma Mater. She is a devoted "people person" who has worked tirelessly for decades to promote the success of various charitable organizations. In May 2022 she was the recipient of the Pere Gailhac Award in recognition of her continuous and outstanding service to Marymount Manhattan College. In 2019, Madonna Heights and St. Christopher Ottilie (SCO) Services honored her as their Spirit Award Recipient. Linda started a Scholarship for Students with Learning Disabilities and has served on multiple committees and/or chaired several philanthropic events for Marymount Manhattan College, Madonna Heights, Crohns and Colitis Foundation of Long Island, and, the Wall Street Charity Fund.
