After writing my post last week on Hoboken steel & concrete condo buildings, I received several phone calls and emails from Jersey City condo buyers asking which Jersey City condo buildings were constructed from steel and concrete. They too had noise concerns and wanted to know the buildings along the Hudson River waterfront which would provide them with limited noise.
Downtown Jersey City has many more steel and concrete condo buildings than Hoboken. After all, Jersey City is a much larger city than Hoboken. I am finding that many Hudson County real estate buyers in the luxury Hudson River waterfront market are considering their options in both Hoboken and downtown Jersey City. Much like the Hoboken condo buildings I wrote about last week, these Jersey City condo buildings have 8 inches of concrete and reinforced steel between the floors. Many of them also provide spectacular views of New York City and the Hudson River.
