Liberty Harbor Phase 2

I'd highly advise not to buy. I'm going to be interviewing agents to sell my home as many of the other residents are doing as such. My heating and cooling bills have been over 300/month. I can somtimes feel the drafts coming in. I live in a townhome style unit and have only had complaints ever since I moved in about 1.5 years ago. The construction quality is very poor and overall you can hear your neighbors which I hate. I even hear them flushing their toilets.

I'm definitely moving out and looking into a unit in a steel and concrete new construction rather than the wood style that they've been doing.

I guess using the onsite sales staff doesnt help either, should've gotten a realtor. when I asked about the noise issue he brushed me off and I've only had complaints since I moved in. I'll be happy to sell and move out like the other owners who are doing just that.
