Discussion about 50 West 15th Street #1A
I saw this unit for sale and thought the common charges were too high for what was being offered. the cc is listed here at $1,500 but really it's $1,700 (I checked directly with the leasing office). For anyone who lives in the bldg: do you like the area, the bldg? There is no gym or other added features and seems a lot of apts listed here for sale when they only finished construction about a year ago. IS there something going on?

This is back on the market after a week in contract, thought that was interesting:
