I am not certain, but it seems that sometimes the broker pulls the listing (causing SE to pick it up as 'no longer available') around/after the closing but before the closing documents hit ACRIS and SE records the sale as closed. I would give it a couple of weeks, maybe more, to see if closing documents show up in ACRIS (which SE in turn will pick up with a short delay). If they don't, then it would be time to speculate about the contract falling through, the seller pulling the listing off the market, etc.
What does No Longer Available mean?
It had said, IN CONTRACT. Does this mean the contract is completed.
Or, did the In Contract fall though?
Anybody have any clues?
Thanks

360 RSD #13CD closed for $1.085MM on July 20th. The closing finally showed up in ACRIS this week.
