Discussion about MacDougal Lofts at 173 Mac Dougal Street in Greenwich Village
Has anyone gone to see these new apts? I noticed a few units off the market...

I saw it at the very early stage of construction. Looks like they will be really nice and I look the 'hood but the pricing is way out there and they haven't dropped.
