Discussion about 75 Livingston Street in Brooklyn Heights
Anybody know anything about this building? I've heard that it is old and in bad shape. Any truth to that? I'd appreciate any insight that anyone can provide.

There're open houses tomorrow and Sunday. Stop by, prowl the basement, check the roof, and see those two apartments.
