That is more than 2ooo per foot. And the windows are small.

This building has always commanded a premium. I looked at an 850sf one bedroom here in 1995--asking price $260,000 Ohhhh if I only knew !!!

Typical Core Marketing Group sales strategy. This is one of the most consistently cheesy groups of brokers I've encountered in the last 3 years. Deal with them and you better get ready to feel like you are going to need a shower afterward to wash off the ick.

This building is nice--excellent location and nicely maintained. No major amenities, but nice lobby and good layouts. That said, vastly overpriced unit here. Compare to 4A which sold about $150,000 less a while back. Also, check out pricing history for 12A. Schizophrenic strategy suggests delusional seller/agent/or both. Something between January of this year and now warrants INCREASING price $150K? Give me break. This is why I say, in part, dealing with Core is horrible. Why anyone hires them is beyond me. And if someone feels like defending Core, then tack on an explanation of the strategy Core devised for this unit. 98 days on market and counting. Get ready for high triple digits if this price point is maintained by seller/agent.

$800K for a studio in summer 2009? Are you freakin' on drugs?
