This place does not break 1900sq/ft...my exact guess is 1863. Prehaps there is an anti-gravity machine that allows access to the ceiling.

The price based on their sq/ft pricing, it makes this place on sale for 1,28MM.
That seems like a fair price to me.

oh god i saw that place. it still gives me nightmares. dark, depressing, dirty, a wall of windows bricked up due to the construction of the condo next door. hasn't been updated (or maybe even cleaned) since the 70's at the earliest. not good and certainly nowhere near the size they claim.

I saw it too, needs a complete gut overall. of the dozens of properties I've seen over the past year, it's a contender for the one in the worst shape.

The measurement was stated in nautical feet. Get with the program, guys.
