how can something so big be so small. Great apartment for wealthy little people that want to bet on Harlem and...love long shots. $2.00 on 'Glue Factory' to place.

Funny their calling it a townhouse conversion. The usual dumbbell-shaped tenement building, four windows wide with a fire escape in front. At 31' it is wider than the usual 25', though.
