If going to the open house, check for water damage. Owners are being sued for $50K+ in CCs, legal fees, etc. by the condo, and just had a major decision against them. That, and the negative-amortization mortgage history, will make this an interesting sale. They paid $4M in 2006.

Before I clicked on the listing I said to myself "which celebrity's apartment is this?".

I had no idea that Keith Richards, Russell Simons & Britney Spears all lived together. Amazing.

NWT: This was Brit-brit's old apt. Floorplan matches perfectly.

And based on curbed.com posts, the buyers (from Brit) have been trying to unload immediately after the reno.
