I have not visited it yet, but looked at a few floorplans and it seems well overpriced. They are probably hoping for the busy rental season to carry them through. Plan to visit the building in the next two weeks or so.

never meant to be condo--but with the plentiful availability of rentals in numerous bldgs nearby, this will serve to weaken the market in the neighborhood gen'lly

Does anyone know how much they are willing to negotiate rent?

Does this building allow small dogs?

This is right across from the projects.
