Discussion about 765 Park Place in Crown Heights
Does any one know why some of these units have been on the market for more than 600 days? It's new construction, in a good location and reasonably priced. Is something happening with the developer?

most people will not be willing to pay around $500 psf to live in Crown Heights.

Thanks for the response. I heard that there's an investigation by the attorney general related to this property. I've also heard that the developer might be upside down. Anyone have any insight?
