i was wondering. does anyone know what the latest is about 15 central park west? everyone still seems to be talking about it, and the prices held during the recession, but is it projected to continue up in appreciation? whats the long term forecast on prices there?

Whoever is on the third floor, southeast corner has a pretty pathetically decorated Christmas tree in the window. From a multi-gazillion dollar residence, I expect to be treated to much more of a sidewalk view.
I too feel as wbottom and all the other professiOnals on se. We believe the only direction for nyc re and by proxy 15cpw is higher and higher. Anyone who buys now will never live to regre such an astute investment as a $5000psf cp view apartment where you can mingle with celebrities who are like minded.
