Discussion about 27 Quincy Street in Clinton Hill
Checked out this building the other week. What does everyone think? I thought it had a lot of good selling points but also a few detractors. http://wp.me/pkLe1-bX

Indeed. We looked at it a few months ago and left sort of disappointed. The main problem is the second floor and those awful stairs. We have a 6 year old and would not feel very safe there. The finishes are not bad though and they are certainly priced to sell.
