It does have a proper kitchen, but no proper outdoor space ... you can't really grow heirloom tomatoes on little spitting balconies, can you? And it's the usually awkward combo, at around $4500 psf. I'll stay put, thanks.

Tomato garden went for 4900 unfinished, so it would seem this one has received an appropriate discount.
