Discussion about 335 Greenwich Street #9A
Did anyone see this apartment? Lot of light, but looks like a major renovation project-kitchen, new bath and other changes. There is good activity level in this building (2b-nice corner unit, 11a-high floor unit) are both in contract?

11B looks small, no? 2B is gorgeous, atleast the pictures make it look nice. 9A looks like a fixer uppper. I love the location of this building-close to everything. Probably one of the best in Tribeca.

We saw the apartment twice last week. On our second visit, the agent clarified that it is not plumbed for a 2nd bathroom (you could have a shower but not a toilet). They should remove that statement from the listing, because it is misleading. The only possible option is to put another bathroom right next to the one now, meaning there is no configuration that allows for a en suite master bath without having an interior master bedroom. That aside, it does get a lot of light, but is a complete gut job.

Something else that has to be considered, the entire southern exposure of this unit is on the lot line and could be lost if someone decides to develop on that side.

This apartment will require a LOT of work. It doesnt seem like it is worth the asking price.

It's in contract already, reported for more than ask price! Looks like 335 Greenwich is on fire-three apartments, all in contract. Wonder what the offers were.

This apartment is also in contract! Why is this building so popular?
