Is this property really $120,000,000? I'm pretty sure that it's a typo...

It is a unique space with very high ceilings on the second floor. I can imagine some Russian oligarch paying a ridiculous 2000 per sq ft for this raw space and spending another 500 per sq ft to renovate it. That would still put the price at $60mm for the stated 29000 sq ft.

I wonder if the price is just a gimmick to call attention to the property. Was it really a former garage? How were they able to maneuver cars around inside? - and all the way up 8 floors?
