What Other features would you like a Broker Search to Have?

My 2 cents, I think its missing a search for a rental broker & I question the stats they measure the brokers performance by. Do they really tell you much about them? is in even necessary?
I'm 50/50 with it now, it can show how well a broker prices, I like, but the length of time on the market, I think also reflects the areas selling prowess and not always the brokers performance. It just doesnt give you the whole scope of what the broker did. I would like to see "The Skinny" a break down of the deal, the brokers or buyers and sellers own writing of how the deal went down. I love a good war story. Streeteasy does say to call the broker and speak to them. Meet them, see if its someone you want representing you and your interest. I like, again. Great move in the right direction Streeteasy.
