don't waster your time. SF is way over exagerated. It's more like 800sf and that's being generous

online, it looked pretty but way too small for that price....

Looked at this apartment - its about 1150 square feet (rough measure I did on it). Awesome apartment - but I needed two bathrooms and can not see how this could be made into two bathrooms. Worth looking at and not over priced for what you are getting if you can get the seller down some.
