Avoid this sponsor like the plague! He is very deceptive. He will accept your offer, make you think that you have a deal, and that the paperwork is coming. And then he will turn around and use your offer to get a higher bid, and then say sorry, without anytime indicating that this is what he is doing. He keeps the broker clueless through all this, making her an agent of his designs. So, beware!
