I thought the *exact* same thing when I saw all that stickley-audi furniture festering in one place (sadly, there's no linoleum in the kitchen)... The owner has managed to turn 100 feet of grand central park frontage into a Portland, Oregon craftsman bungalow.

Price is very ambitious. I'm guessing a 50% chop over time but who knows.....

I think the apartment is just stunning & the Arts & Crafts furniture is one of a piece with the architecture. Yummy!
