Can anybody provide a list of no-fee buildings/companies in the city. Specifically focused in the Murray Hill area. The Anthem, Windsor Court, the Biltmore, The Murray Hill and Laurence Towers come to mind, but I'm sure I'm missing a bunch. Thanks!
Yes, NYBITS is still the best. I remember when it had to be mailed or faxed to you, then emailed as a PDF and now its a whole site.

You just named all of the non co-op/condo buildings in that area...what more do you need? everything else is a fee based rental unless you find an owner!

Even more old school - anybody remember Gabriel's Guide? A big book with a list of no fee buildings in geographic order so you could pound the pavement talking to doormen?

Good morning I am new to the site. Does anyone know of any no fee rentals in Brooklyn possibly to take over a condo or coop as a rental.
