There is no W/D in the property as described. The square footage is actually 471, not 481. As well, the common charges of $565 have gone up 4.5% as of June 1 making them $590/month. Similarly, the tax abatement on this property is ending and the taxes will be going from $295 to $477/month. There is also an elevator assessment (cost per month TBA) starting later this year.
