As am I! I love this building, and have been contemplating buying here for awhile.
I heard that initially those 'small' apts were only made available to the buyers of the bigger units to use as staff quarters or guest quarters. Curious if the resale has similar stipulations.

10G sold to an LLC. When I checked at the time, the LLC didn't seem to be connected to any other buyer in the building, but you never know.
There's nothing in the condo declaration or by-laws limiting the three G units to purchasers of other units, as there is for the storage and terrace units, but BHS could've held them aside for big-unit purchasers.
