Yes, this particular unit faces Chambers. The area is still very eh, but I can see it getting better and better. From the living room windows, you see the Woolworth building to the left and 1WTC to the right.
The Chambers Street/Church Street area is not great, and there's still construction going on on the water line on Chambers. Any idea how long that is supposed to go on for?
Forget construction, why would you want to face Chambers or 14th or 23rd or 34th?

Good point, and that's obviously one of the issues we're considering. However, I don't think Chambers is as bad as 14th/23rd/34th. It's bi-directional but doesn't seem as BIG to me.

Chambers St is pretty bad, construction aside. Its filled with .99 cent type stores, loads of street vendors selling garbage, and low budget eateries. If it didn't see the improvement many thought was coming by now, then will it ever? I don't know.
Thoughts on this building/unit?
It's the last remaining unit available. Not prime Tribeca but should we be optimistic about the area?
facing Chambers Street?

Woolworth Building view is nice to have.

There appears to be a similar unit, similarly priced, facing north.
