My advice, Howard, is to get everyone in the building involved to pressure the building management company/landlord until you get proper results. Post notices, involve the listing broker. Do not tolerate inferior service by unqualified exterminators. You must be vigilant.

Do you live there Tim? If not, how are you aware of the problem and why are you so adamant about the problem that you started a thread on here about it?
This apartment has not been subject to eradication measures after recent bed bug infestation in the building.
So I guess the question then is, what are you going to do about that Tim?
